Quick question

anyone got any idea on the fluid capacity on a a4od? i think it is.... 2000 ford expedition 5.4 4x4 any ideas?

if i am not mistaken, the 2000 5.4 should have a 4R70W trans, not an E4OD.
(not A4OD)

i got yer answer, but i need to know the question first

are you just dropping the pan and replacing the filter? or are you also draining the converter and all? it makes a difference

just enough to get to the full line on the dipstick.

should be about 12-13 quarts total, and 5 to 7 quarts for a drop the pan filter replacement.

I drink early and go to bed early....usually.

Sometimes I end up on 18+ hr binges which rarely end well but often bring the lols.

back in the day, we used to start at 5 pm Friday, and drink straight through till 11pm or midnight Saturday, then grab 4-5 hours sleep to go to work Monday morning.
killed many a bottle of jack, and many cases of beer.
it was not uncommon for each truck to have 10-15 cases of beer and a case of jack in the bed with a block of dry ice under a tarp.
