research.
Ok so Iam new to the site and doing a little research on the v10 and 7.3psd on which on to buy.So my day consits of about 20 to 30 miles a day but its all in town and no more then 3or 4miles at a time. I work in construction but drop off and pick up my kids at school so its alot of short trips through out the day. so i was wondering if anybody else has this same situation and what your mpgs are and how you like your v10 thanks.

I would say the V10 would do better with the start/stop short runs but the mileage won't be good. You'll probably get 8mpg or less. Diesels don't like to start cold then be shut back off without reaching operating temp. Could end up with glow plug and turbo problems. I have a 03 F350 V10 with 4.30 rear and I love it.
