Sweet find

I went to the wreckers today and actually fond an OBS PSD!!!!! First one I've ever seen there. Sweet! Annnnnnd it had an AIC console. Yoink. Couple wiring harnesses, fuel bowl lid... Hmmmmm, what did I come here for? Oh yeah, shifter boot. Only found 1, but I forgot to bring my torx bits. Next time gadget, next time..... Not to mention a good rear cloth bench seat that matches the old, cracked vinyl one I make the kids sit on. Best finds I've seen at this wrecker ever.

Wow, all the diesels in wrecking yards here are picked clean before they even make it out into the yard...

If I'd have had more time, I'd have taken more. All the other diesels I've seen there have always had the engine pulled before they were set out.

I suppose they would sell the engine, but I have no way of knowing how many miles were on it. I should see about pricing the injectors. I never thought of a LSD diff. I'll have to check it out. I could use one of those too.

It's going to be a small yard because the PSD's aren't junk.

How good of a deal for the under the bed spare tire hardware? I got the cross member the tire sits on but all the other bolts, nuts, tire securing hardware and others are either stripped/rusted.
