I kind of miss that truck! Does it have the wallpaper inside too...lol?
No wallpaper, just way too much cheesy conversion van wood stuck to everything, a crappy plywood center console with a TV and VCR built in....
The seats are very very comfy...The rear seat folds flat into a bed. incase you have a cowgirl out on a date.
I think it need a set of texas long horns on the hood.
Funny I just saw a '99+ Centurion this morning, forgot almost all of them in this area were black and gold and I never saw one that wasn't a Dually. Reminded me of this thread.
I bought a Centurion -Lehman conversion in 1987, 460, c6 trans, custom interior, 350 frame and rear dually. The trucks orginal list price was 34,000 new in 1987. I am restoring it now. It is the most comfortable stump pulling truck I have ever road in and still is today. Unfortunetly, there are no parts to replace the fiberglass fenders and front flares.
I had a 1984 F-250 XLT Centurion extended cab with the 6.9 diesel that they turned into a dually. It was a great truck that always had people asking questions about it. It was my first dually and I've had three since, but just not another Centurion. Their quality was great.
I have a 84 ford f250 centurion dually an its amazing
hello, everyone I have just bought my first vehicle and it's a 1995 f150 centurion. I do not know much about the centurion models and I have come here to ask for some knowledge about them. as well as where I can find parts for them since I bought my truck for $900 and I am already creating a decent sized list of things that need to get done and I am finding parts that either need to be replaced or that have just decided not to be apart of the truck anymore. I also would like to know if there is a way I could find out what the specs were from the factory because I would like to restore it to the factory condition. thank you to anyone that is able to help me.
Back in 1992, I sold my 1986 F250 standard cab for a 1988 F350 dually with, I believe the Roll-a-long package. Man, all that cheesy tuck and roll fabric and wood grain accents!
All that was missing was the **** star mustache and pork chop side burns.
1999 Ford F-250 Powerstroke Superduty Centurion 4X4
I know this thread is old but I just saw it. I own a "1999 Ford F-250 Powerstroke Superduty Centurion 4X4". The OP asked what the differences are. They are: Power cloth seats, Overhead console, indoor/outdoor temp readout in the overhead console, Sunglasses holder, built in Radar Detector, Cherry Wood interior, Cherry Wood storage compartment between seats with a flat top for paperwork. Four cup holders, tinted etched windows (with Deer, Elk, Fish, and Dahl Ram) Grill protector and stainless steel bumpers (front and back, chrome wheel well protectors, Fancy paint scheme and upgraded exhaust and intake for extra power. My Centurion was ordered and bought new by the Montana Fish, Wildlife and Parks Department. I bought it in Dec of 2003 from Thomason Ford in Portland, Oregon. They had purchased it in an auction from the State Of Montana. I took it back to Montana and it has resided there ever since.
Bought mine recently and love it. Paid $4500. Needs help on rear Bronco window and a power passenger window. Headliner sagging. Will probably have minor body work and paint. 460 and powerful.
This is a super super duty centurion. I wish there was more info but It doesn't exist. 7.3 turbo diesel. With custom aluminum bed. Alcoa wheels. And super solid front axle. I think Dana 70. Been a great truck.
