Don't know which part to get for PCV problem

I've narrowed it down to part #6C324, however there are 2 of them.

I have a 4.6L V8, 98 F150, from the Windsor plant.

This is the link: Buy 1998 Ford F-150 Parts | FordParts.com

The two parts are completely identical in price, part number, manufacturer and everything, the only difference is on one, this is written below:
HOSE APPROX 17.4MM
I was thinking I'll just get the one that does NOT say "HOSE APPROX 17.4MM" on it, but I'd rather be sure.

Appreciate the help.

Just out of curiosity why dont you measure the one you have? What if the other one is shorter and you order the wrong one. If you do not have a metric tape, I do not either but I take a piece a string or twine if you can reach the entire hose length use the string to measure it, measure your length and convert it. There are all kids of online converters.

I'm actually not at the house right now, so the truck isn't around. I'll measure it as soon as possible. I'm going to put the description of the two parts on here so that everyone can see them. I didn't realize that the parts page would just redirect to the main catalog.

If it is not 17.4mm, will the other one be wider or thinner?? I've seen a lot of posts about these not fitting, but it seems that mostly I've seen that on Expys and one case where it was a '97 F150.

Anyhow, the descriptions for the separate parts are:
(8 Cyl. - 4.6L Windsor) - 4.6L
And the other is:
(8 Cyl. - 4.6L Windsor) - 4.6L; HOSE APPROX 17.4MM
Everything else matches, part number, price, description, the exploded illustration. Anyhow, I'll provide a measurement asap.
