GRILLE SWAP ???
I am looking to do a facelift on BigRed and have been checking out the grilles on FleaBay. I like the looks of the 05-07 grille. There is a seller who sells a modified 05-7 grille. He wants $200 for the grille and like $80 to ship! Think he's smokin dope!! 
There are some OEM 05-7 grilles that sell for much less than that!
Has anybody here swapped out there 99-03 grille for the 05-07 grille? I guess I need to know is can it be done? and is a real job? Thanks

Hey thanks for the reply fellas! The link for to make your cuts was interesting ! looks tricky. They do carry a all chrome 99-04 grills also that would be direct fit. Would add some shine but sameo look ! That was a good link for the mod but boy would a utube vid be nice!! Gonna look at that link some more but I would really kick myself if I Fubared a new grille!!

Well I pulled the trigger and picked up a OEM 05-07 chrome grille for $91 shipped. Now I have to buy a cutoff wheel for my air grinder!! Will post some shots of her new facelift when I get it done! Wish me luck!!

When you get to the cutting point Smokie feel free to give me a call and I can guide you through it. I have a black one that I have to cut for my truck, as soon as I get the SS nillet inserts polished for it
