Door latch question
How much can the door latches hold over a long period of time?
I did the door mod to eliminate wind noise and rattling on my 2011 Super Duty. Now that I did it, there is pressure as I open the door. It pops out a little but I feel pressure in the handle as I go to open the door.
I backed it off at the striker but then the door is off and the seal between the front and rear door is not sealed causing wind noise. I went back to moving the striker in and it puts the pressure back on the latch. It seems ok but I was wondering if it is bad to have that pressure on the latch.
