P0141 Code trouble

Scanned my truck, 2006 F350 with v10 and got P0141 and P019E. I know the P0141 is O2 sensor heater core circuit. Looked it up on the computer, and found out it was one of the 2 rear O2 sensors. So I got a new one replaced one, cleared the code, and it reappeared. So I swapped the other one out and cleared the code and again it reappeared. Anyone ever come accross this or end up having a different problem?

Did you check wire connections to both sensors?

ya, I checked them both thinking they may be loose, but they were not.
still trying to figure it out
