transfer case leak
The seal between the 2 halves on my 92 Bronco Borg Warner 13-56 transfer case is leaking. Does anyone know how much is involve with replacing the seal. Im planning on tearing it down myself but not sure if i need some special tools. I was told that it can be torn down while leaving one half in the vehicle. Any info would be apreciated.

Don't know about the Borg Warner box, but the NP 208 was a sinch if you have any mechanical knowledge, just take your time and use a very light seam of silastic or recomemded gasket sealer. Mine doesn't leak a drop. Good opertunity to clean the magnet at the bottom of the case (if it has one) also.
