NP435 trans modification

Have an NP435 in an '86 Ford F250 4x4. Would like to convert it to a two wheel drive type with a yoke on the output for use in a railroad motor car. Is this possible ? Any good trans places out there that may have an answer ?

It can be done only by totally disassembling the transmission.
