Anybody remember these?

I do, they were in the shoe stores when I was a kid. It was cool to see your little green toes wiggling in your new shoes. Problem was, it might have been really turning your toes green

I THINK that I survued the experience.

I remember them and also remember the salesman and my mom explaining that they weren't using those anymore or that they "don't work". This would be 1958-59 or so.

I never seen one in real life, but on the American Restoration program, Rick the company owner restored one.

He did remove the X Ray device though.

Cool old school thinking.

Yeah, I remember sticking my feet into one of those as a kid (that dates me doesn't it? )

I saw that "restoration" segment also.

For me...It was the 1955 trip to Disney that dated you!!
