Well, in my part of the country, you get 20 days of sun, 340 days of clouds and rain. The remaining 5 are reserved for snow. (Unless you climb the mountain behind my place then you get more snow.)
see im completely opposite, we get sun all day everyday and only 2 seasons, summer and fall. we hardly get rain at least the area im in. send some over here!
ive got a couple more pics after the dust storm went by.
Personally - I think either one of these would be ideal for a calendar or the lead picture in an article -
BUT THE BOTTOM one is amazing.
You could go all kinds of directions with a base image as subtle and moody as that skyscape
NICE use of light and color, chances like that shot have to be grabbed when you see them. The reflection of the sky in the hood gives it added depth...
What is really cool is that unless you know pickup trucks really well - you can't really tell what truck it is - so it has universal appeal, don't it?
You may or may not have ever thought about it - but even a body builder has to be able to show what they have done OFF well -
Or all that sweat and work goes for nothing because someone else just knows how to present their work better.
Here we can ctritique and advise back and forth in a friendly and helpful way, so that we can all pick up a lot of pointers.
hehe, thank you i really like those pictures and i did no editing to them at all, just walked out after the storm passed and started taking pics, havent been able to take a pic with such a beautiful scenery. i got lucky with those.
i like the sun glare off the truck and how the hood is alot brighter then the rest. beautiful background, there isent a better place for an Ol truck then on the dust trail
