Well im in need of the tool to remove the injector cups . I have fuel in the coolant grrrr o well maybe should have replaced them when I did the injectors . So does anyone have the tool set I can borrow. im doing this with the engine in the truck so guess I need the one that works that way . need the puller and the cup installer .so if anyone can let me borrow .
There's a lot of places that will loan you the tool or rent them to you pretty cheap if you buy the cups from them. There's a thread up currently where someone used the rental tool from RiffRaff to do theirs.
I've been waiting, too. Seems like there's been a flood of injector cups going bad lately.
Everyone that I have talked to says there loaner tool is out.
Might be worth the investment to buy one and then rent it out to recoup the tool cost.
This is our busy time of year and having the truck down is a real pita.
