ignition module help

I am replacing my (86 F150 302) TFI ignition module (distributor side mounted), and I'm unable to loosen the two bolts holding the module on. I can turn the distributor enough to barely see them (enough to know that they aren't screws, torx, or allen bolts), but none of my sockets grab the bolt to turn it. What size are these bolts, and is there some easier way to unscrew them (other than taking the distributor off)?

You can buy a special socket to get them off. Or do what I did and grind one of your sockets down on the outside so it will fit up in the hole.
