Canada and the USA are lifetime friends and allies. You Canucks can not isolate yourself from us.

I'm sorry to hear Air Canada has gone belly up, we are doing about the same since 09-11-01, you are in this thing no matter how hard you try and hide.

We will get through it together.

Anyone agree?

No worries about our Liberal airline Air canada. The Gov allowed the hostile take (they called it a merger) over that that put them in this boat on the first place.
So now there going to bail them out with some kind of Fed loan $300 million to $500 million so they don't look so stupid. I personally think that money would be better spent on restructuring our failing politcal system.
Lets take the hit and let Air Can go under and open the doors for free un-biased enterprise in the airline industry.

I do notice the little airlines of the world are still faring quite well after 9/11. Why ? Because they are only looking for a small piece of the pie and not the whole bakery!

Quadiquizim made a great quote in another post that I think sums it up pretty good. Canada is like the little brother you always sent home when you didn't want him hanging around anymore. But you always kept good relations with him because he's family.

I think thats about where we've always stood with each other
"like family"

Hopefully it will stay that way after Canada's dad takes his foot out of his "well you know" and keeps it in his, and his cabinets mouth and gives his side of our family a chance to make decisions.

Fare well my brothers in this war against terrorism and evil. I sure wish our dad would of let us out to play even if it is a dangerous game
