Replacement spark plugs?

I noticed that int he owners manual it revers yo to your dealer when it mentions the spark plugs. I've heard a few horror storied about ford's 2 piece spark plugs snapping of when trying to change them at their regularly scheduled interval. anyone known of a part number or electrode gap size for the replacement ones?

These are on the pre-2007 5.4L 3V engines. You'll be fine.
