The Ford parts CD, which only covers from 1964 on, shows 9510 to be a Ford 1 bbl carburetor from C3TE-9510 all the way up to D6TE-9510. Ergo, C2TE-9510 must be a 1 bbl carb from 1962.

I did an internet search which came up with a Holly 2300 2bbl carb. off of a '62 truck with 332 motor. The results are probably sketchy, so take it for what it's worth.

Robert,

OK, LOL, IIRC, FWIW,...

C2TE = Chevy 2 (ton) Truck Engine
95 must be the year made = 1995
10 = could be a number inserted to confuse those not familiar with this kind of technical stuff or it could actually mean something.
R = Race, probably or it may mean Rebuilt or Repop

So, I am guessing it is a racing engine out of a '95 Chevy truck, although it may be a reproduction.

Maybe someone else will have a better guess

Carb tag number: C2TE-9510-R = Ford part number: C2TZ-9510-E = Holley 2V Carburetor. Original applications: 1962 F350/700 292.

C2TZ-9A586-L (replaced C2TZ-9A586-D) .. 2V Holley Carburetor Kit (Motorcraft CT-185).

Mike: Ford basic part number 9510 applies to ALL carburetors used on all FoMoCo vehicles beginning in 1928.
