the only way to activate a stars id is threw the dealer you work for you must be active in a dealer to access fmc/pts. having that will get active in stars.
for what its worth your stars id is always active. just doing anything with it requires woking for a dealer.

gi in to pts, goto tech support and submit a contact to stars. its on a link in the left corner
