2011 Ford Taurus
well i'm on vacation and we reserved a rental, i went with budget because they offered fords.
anyhow turns out we got a 2011 Ford Taurus Limited with 7,000 miles and all the goodies like back up cam/sensors, heated and a/c seats, sync, leather...ect ect ect its pretty loaded.
first thing we did was drive 400 miles to our final destination. so i got some good seat time in the car so i thought id share.
i'm not a car guy by any means, i like my trucks. but i have to say this is one of the nicest smoothest cars i've driven lately. the 3.5 has plenty of power and really moves if you need it to. i would LOVE to drive a SHO!! anyhow on our first tank we for 26.4mpg mostly at speeds of 80mph+
there was some construction for 21 miles of rough gravel road and the car just soaked it up. the seats are wonderful it did not leave my back killing me.
overall ford hit a huge home run IMO with the new Taurus.
