Vibration in Steering Wheel....???

Vibration in Steering Wheel....???
2006 F350 5.4 122k miles Auto 2wd
Truck drives fine until you reach highway speeds....
55 mph No Problem
65 mph Very slight vibration in steering wheel
75 mph Substantial vibration in steering wheel
So far I have....
1..Balanced and rotated tires (twice)
2..Replaced Steering Damper
3..Front end appears tight...no in and out movement of front wheels when lifted....Ball joints appear to be tight
Where do I go from here? Love the truck...dont love a shakey steering wheel.....

Yes Sir, you were right.
Went to different shop for 3rd attempt to balance....they said all 4 tires out of balance.... I said $#^##$%%^# !!!!
Finally got the balance right....now smooth sailing.........
