My book says 120 lbf/in for oil rail bolts, 60 lbf/ft for supply port plug(stand pipe). This is a Ford manual and it doesn't call them dummy plugs but high pressure rail front port plug is 60 lbf/ft and high pressure oil rail plug (M14) is 33 lbf/ft and (M8) is 96 lbf/in.
