Today, 9 years ago, I brought my truck home with 15 miles on the meter. After 3 transmissions, 4 power steering pumps, 2 alternators, 2 water pumps, rebuilt oil pump, a new set of core injectors, regulated return fuel system, modified turbo, 3 front ends, 2 right fenders, a set of shocks, 3 sets of tires, 4 sets of brake pads, lots of oil and fuel and several other items....Its got 205,000 miles and running stronger than new.

Only 1 change of the shocks in 205k miles? I haven't changed any of the other stuff nearly as much (except alternator), but I've sure gone through a lot more shocks than that. I'd suggest you look into a new set. I bet it makes a noticeable difference.

Good thinking...I probably could benefit by getting a new set of shocks myself (only changed mine once as well...). Any recommendations for a certain brand?

Nice looking truck Tom! Looks better than new as well.

Noob. I've had a downpipe on "the shelf" longer than you've had your truck!

All kidding aside, ain't it great to get such long life out of a glorious truck?

34.3? What did you do? I'm only getting 42* Maybe it's time to recharge it?
