Was up to the old homestead last week. Great week of weather, best all summer according to the relatives. Portland to Seattle via Mt. St. Helens. Then Seattle stuff like UW, SU, Pike Place. Then major road trip-Snoqualmie Falls, RR museum, out to Ellensburg, then Grand Coulee Dam. Back to Seattle via Hwy 2. So the wife got two mountain passes, two floating bridges, one school, one dam, and one big wheat field. She loves Hwy 2. Then on to Bainbridge Isl. just to walk around, Mt Vernon for relatives with stops in Marysville for the folks final resting place, visit the farm, now almost completely covered in blackberry vines, met an old friend at Island Crossing and a burger in Arlington. I want to go back and spend more than 5 min in a couple places....

A new week ends, and so Does my ownership of my beloved truck. Sold it so I could have some cash for my potential home I am gonna buy. But the truck sat a lot and I did not really need it at this point in time. Next year If I want another truck I will be able to pick one up.
