Landscapers finally resumed work at my house on Saturday... supposed to be there today finishing up. The ground actually slopes away from the house once again, after compacting 7 tons of dirt along the side and back.

The cement curb edging is pretty neat... will be real easy to mow along it.

 

I like that edging, that came out really nice!!

 

That would be great, just fly in, jump on the train at the airport and you'd be 2 miles from my house for the ultimate party weekend.....wahooo!

 

They started putting the first section down while it was raining, so now it's got spots on it... not sure what happened, they covered it with plastic till the rain stopped. We had a heavy rain storm about midnight last night, and there was no water pooling in the window well, and nothing came into the basement. Very happy about that!

I'd have to come along, you and Pat would need someone responsible to keep you in line!

Edging looks good Rob, is that a machine that makes the edging as it goes?

 

Yeah Steve, they mix up the cement and the coloring, then pour it a little at a time into the edging machine.
