Just thinking about it makes me thirsty....

Someone once told me you need a gallon of plain water each day to flush and restore lost fluids. The easy way is a pint an hour - for eight hours (if you remember)


Who would have thought water could be so hard to drink? A whole gallon is kind of intimidating

Thanks - I think I'll just pop another Bud and hunker down in the A/C.


You know what I need real bad? Someplace else to be where it is cooler in July and August... I can handle winter.
