Sounds like way too much work for slackers... If the book and DVD actually get done, who's going to pack the stuff in a box and take it to the post office? I need a nap just thinking about all that!

Just got home, had to empty some of the water out of the pool, it's been above the skimmer for four days now!

The pains of pool maintenance. When we had the pool at my house we put a chlorine generator in. MAde it easier to keep the chlorine level right. Just had to get the salt level tested as well as the ph every now and then.

were not keeping it that much longer, and the investment to change over and dump what water we have wouldn't be worth it.

I found that pools are big holes either in the ground or above the ground that one throws money into because of the maintenance involved.

Sounds like Steve needs to hire a pool boy... Bet the wife and daughters would like that, lol.

It averages open 4 months and it costs about $800 for the season, so that's $6.66 a day for 120 days!

Still cheaper than the local pool club!

Thats true Steve. I can go swimming at work or in about a yr at the local gym Im a member of. At work it would cost me 5 bucks unless I join. ANd they have a jacuuzi at the Fitness and aquatic center here at work.
