Supercharger!
I've been thinking about adding a supercharger to my bronco 302 does anybody know any good places with good prices. I know there expensive but if somebody knows of a good web site or company i'd be intrested. Also if anybody has one what do you think? Any sugestions to a certian brand rather than another.

I wish I had the money for one. As for who makes the best, you might want to look for some mustang sites. They would probably be able to tell you all the little details for each.

Kennybell would be my first choice , but a little harder to come by for cheap. Vortech would be my next and they are a dime a dozen. You could find a used one and then just contact vortech to get all the proper mounting hardware for your application. Stay away from powerdyne they wear out fast and are really big. The most important thing you need to be aware of is what compresion ratio you have, because a blower will obviously create more boost and if your compratio is to high you will go through head gaskets . also if you rig has a lot of miles on it you will more than likly lose your bottom end. Ford Racing has one. By comparing it to the others you maybe able to figure out who has the best price. Small price may not be a complete setup though. You can buy a Ford Racing/Performance catalog at most Ford parts counters.

If it were me I would get a roots type SC. If you get a centrifical type your not going to see boost untill around 3000 rpm's. With a big truck youwant the power down low. Unless you want to go 100mph all the time. I have a blown 99 stang and it works for that . If I were to do my truck roots all the way.....
