Anyone running an autometer tach?
Just bought an autometer tach because my truck didn't come with a tach. Had a few questions if anyone's running one, like where do you have the probe mounted on the alternator? And how did you calibrate it? If anyone is running one and can take a picture of their alternator i would greatly appreciate it. Thanks!

It works best mounted on the pass side of the alternator in the center where the two case halves come together. To calibrate it you need a timing tool and the adjustment is on the back of the tach. I got rid of mine when I swapped in a 3g alternator as the tach will not work with a 3g.
