Front spring shackle assembly?

Front spring shackle assembly?
Hello,
Do people routinely replace the front spring shackle assembly or just the bushings and pins? LMC lists doing both. There is not a big difference in price ($12 bucks).
How do mine look?

Ijust did all my springs and just replaced the pins and bushings. Best way I found to take out old bushing is with a hacksaw and cut a groove in old bushing then drive out with a socket. BE CAREFUL do not cut into the bracket. I had alittle wear on front spring rear bracket but welded and ground down smooth worked great.
