I also removed #3 solenoid to see if maybe the new solenoid was a defect
And put it on to #5 but still no change. Hooked up AE still same codes.
I checked wires, everything looks good used a bright surefire flashlight lol...N E ways I got these codes now P0273, P1293,P1274 all pointing to #5 on buzz TEST What I want to do is swap injector #3 to #5 and see if problem follows...Do I just swap it,and do I need to purge air out. THANKS

Reason: info added
So you are still getting the short to ground code? Sounds like you may have a wiring issue. You can test the injectors harness at the IDM connector. Unfortunately I am on my phone so I can not upload the tech bulletin. You may be able to find it with the search feature...I think the file name is "IDM replacement guide" or something like that.
Do you know where the IDM is located and how to access it?

The IDM is behind fender ds. Once I get home I'll check it out. THANKS
The power is common and the injectors fire on switching on and off the ground through the IDM pin #24 is common power, pin #8 is inj. 5 ground. Hope this helps

You beat me to it.......yes, when I had my issue this is what I used! It's time consuming, but it's worth it to make sure it's not a wiring issue!
OOOPS.....I was a lot late......glad you figured it out!
