Finally got engine mountings made and fitted really chuffed with them it seemed to take me for ever to get them right
I had made some up at first out of 4mm steel and welded them up and as I am a novice at welding I got it in my head that they were just not strong enough.
So I made some more, but this time out of box section and they are a lot better in my opinion.
So last night we set it up to turn the beast over (which has not been turned over for 6 months) just to fire it up to see if it would and it started first time, you should have seen the smile on my face, it made everything I had been through with it go straight out the door.
Now to start the bodywork. Thanks for all the support over the last few weeks guys on FTE it is just nice to put some good news on here for a change lol Dave
