No serious issues. The 6.4L Power Stroke is a bit of a fuel hog (due to all the pollution equipment) but overall the 08-09 trucks have good reputations.
ok thsts good im going to have a similar set up as my truck now with a flowmaster 40 dual exhaust but im going to put a leveling kit on it and run 35's or 37's on it with a k&n air intake
