the original problem that started all of my problems is the engine oil leak. i thought it was the valve cover/gasket so i replaced them. then i thought it was the turbo pedastal, so i replaced it with the EBPV delete with new o-rings... notta. then i thought it was the oil rail plug on the driver side, tightened it and it still leaks. one thing i noted yesterday was the leak seems to get noticeably worse when revving the engine. at idle it barely drips off the clutch cover. what on the back, driver side of the motor can leak oil that changes with oil pressure?
i am about ready to pull this damn thing out and start from scratch!
not 100% sure bout anything but the leak seems to be coming from the back side of the motor. also i replaced the stock hpop with a 17* a couple of years ago so the o-rings should be very new.
When one of my oil rail plugs was leaking, I replaced the O-ring and that fixed the problem. I used to leak a bunch of oil, and now it barely leaks, if at all.
alright other than one of the rail plugs is there anything else on the back drivers side of the motor that might be leaking? i cant see bc of the turbo and up pipes

Yes there ara a BIG bolts two in the rear and two in the front of the galleys that has an big o-ring and can leak oil.
take off your clutch cover and wipe off the back of the oil pan real good then feel it for a cut where the clutch cover contacts it. Be careful. It's usually sharp when it happens. This leak only leaks at higher RPMS usually when the oil is really slinging around in the pan. It's just barely above the oil level in the pan. I fixed mine with silicone. At Ford I had to replace the pan and modify the clutch cover a bit so it didn't touch.
If it is this then check all your bell housing bolts real good. Loose bolts and this problem seem to go together in my experience. I had three about to fall out when I got it and noticed the leak about the same time.
I found loose ones on 1 and 2 year old trucks with this leak too.
