explorer oem side steps

explorer oem side steps
My brother inlaw has a 98 explorer and he bougt a set of oem side steps at a salvage yard. I can not find any thing to order the proper hardware or even how to properly mount them .the ones he bougt are off the same year same modle. even tried the local dealer to thanks .
