I had a couple freeze up on me a year or so ago on my 87 gasser. What got me was that there was no pulling or other indication that they were bad. Doing a visual one day when rotating the tires and found the outside pad down to bare metal and a disc that had been destroyed. The inside pad still had about 3/4 surface left. When my 78 did that I could feel it and hear it but, not on the 87.
