At the risk of getting all red faced I shall answer that......
1. Sucked a clear jello looking stuff (jelly fish) up the water intake and totally mucked up the water pump and tubes causing overheat. Had to call the USCG.
2. May of this year. Stopped by USCG for a boat inspection. Passed with flying colors but, wouldn't start afterward. Towed back to dock with 2 USCG on board. Later found that the neutral cut out switch had come loose and was out of alignment. Adjusted and lots of lock tight. Not sure what was worse, USCG on board and no start or the never ending laughter.
Proudest moment hunting or fishing with kids/grandkids?

Thought the Langley was converted from a coal carrier, USS Jupiter that my granddad served on in WW1.

Boat ramp: Newport Or several years ago. Watched a fellow get out of his Ch..y to diconnect the winch, boat, trailer and pickup rolled on down the ramp. Boat floated, very top of pickup cab was all that was visible of the pickup. Rumor has it the fellow got a hefty fine for fuel contaminating the water.
Funniest thing seen while at the lake/ocean?

A honda accord trying to tow/launch a 20ft ski boat..........The twenty-somethings in the honda destroyed the clutch trying to pull it back out after the boat would not start, were towed away boat and all by a wrecker.

Yes...First boat I ever owned, Maiden voyage!!! Girlfriend at the time...Is water suppose to be in the ski locker?? OOPS

Johnson boat or mega Yacht that needs fix up (johnsons are small metal flat bottom type boats used generally for fishing and given the name do to the out board motors on them)?

Honda Motorcycle, otherwise I'm with Dave unless we are going to use them for target practice in which case I am neutral.
