Yep! Turned some steel plugs. One is alittle longer than the other to fill the hole and use the keepers that came in the unit.The OD is .748" on mine. One was .625" long and the other was 1.085" . Used the bushing to get that size. Look at the photo and you can see the stake marks used just to close the bore a little to keep the plugs from falling into the exhaust. Very tite fit,but not enough to crack the cast iron. About .0005" larger than the hole.
