My next question...

You folks were a great help last time my Aunt's 6.0 had an issue (mild coking of the turbo.) And I was hoping that you great bunch of people could help again (yes I am kissing your collective butt right now). Now my Aunt's truck is doing something else, This time I am not even sure it was her truck. She was towing her Travel trailer when she was driving and the dash shut down (speedo stopped working) and came back up after a second or so, the truck physically shuddered (this happened twice and both times were at interstate speeds.) Then her abs light kicked on. Then it ran perfect again. All this happened for a very short time (less then 5-10 seconds) and once she got to her destination and she drove without the trailer and the truck had NO issues what so ever, to include the abs light not being on. Her superduty has the factory trailer brake setup. I am kind of wondering if her travel trailer has a short some were that is giving her factory trailer breake controller fits? any ideas...

Check the plug on the back of the alt.
I had the same type of thing happen every once and a while.
It is the one with the 2 small wires in it and you can get a new one if you need to.
