Changing out body/frame mounts

I am getting ready to replace the factory body to frame bushing with the poly one. I'm not doing a body lift, just a replacing the old with new. I started with the radiator core and had to cut off the combination washer-nut that held the bushing to the frame mount. I have looked at LMC and the replacements are expensive. At looking at parts diagrams it appears that the cab mounts are similar with the washer-nut combination. I would appreciate anybody sharing their experience on this-Thanks

My experience has been similiar. Either the impact breaks the bolt, or I have to cut the bolts out, including the bed bolts. I end up going to the store and buying new bolts, which are not like original, but I can usually make them work.

Just got done removing these bolts and the nuts are connected to the bushings, PB Blaster the night before and an impact, tomorrow I need to remove the old 84 bolts, looks like the G-Tank is in the way. It's one hell of a workout if you don't have an impact, had to do this in a parking lot
