Good question. I raised this some time ago and got few responses. I have a cover on the back seat now. When I take it off for non cabin trips (dogs, lost the battle of keeping them in the bed sometime ago) it still looks like brand new.
Hoping you get some good answers. I made your link active.....

I have a set of Coverking neoprene covers for the hunting season. They work, but am not too happy about the fit. The main purpose was to keep nature off the seats and they do a good job of that.
BTW - the Coverking instructions are horrible. They try to provide a 3D view of the installation but the drawings are in black and white making it hard to visualize the fit.
I bought Wet Okole seat covers for the rear seats of my '05 for almost all 6 years of ownership. I removed them when I traded it in, but have not installed them on the '11 yet. They are still in very good condition and fit very well. The seat in my '05 looked new when I removed the covers.
Carhartt actually makes seat covers now also. I haven't seen them in person so I have no idea how well they fit. The only seat covers that I have ever liked the fit on were the Wet Okole. It just annoys me to no end to have a seat cover that constantly moves or looks sloppy.

Have a cheap set of autozone/walmart style on mine that were on my last silverado. When I sold that truck the seats still looked new. So far these do too. These aren't too thick and breathe well. Virtually no difference in heating of the seat. I've tried the cooled seat with it covered and with it uncovered. Seems to feel a bit more cool uncovered, but it's also hotter to start with since it is exposed to direct sunlight vs being covered up. I use seat covers for protection only and put them on all vehicles I own. I don't care how ugly they look but that's just me. Only time I bought custom covers was in the early to mid 2000s when GM put the seatbelt and armrest in the seat and the universal ones wouldn't work. I also have walmart ones on our tahoe with heated and cooled seats and they work fine there too and those actually look and fit great. GM seats seem to heat and cool better than ford ones based on my experience with each.
Seat Covers my 2009 F150 were easy to find but difficult to select the right ones. As the previous post noted they don't come cheap.
We finally ordered a set of Ballistic seat covers from pro seat covers.com. They made choosing pretty easy with their ordering sytem. I wasn't sure about buying from a company in Canada but it all worked out in the end.
Their console cover was a bit tight to install for the middle seat but it all works now. Oh, they have a good selelction of Camouflage seat covers as well if anyon'es interested. And they even work good with my seat heaters.

Welcome to FTE!
I like good news. Especially on your first post.
I have the LIMITED EDITION two-tone seats so I won't be covering 'em up.
I went with the marathon, they fit like a glove, easy install, very happy with the choice, getting dog hair off them can be a chore, The only thing is the center storage concule cover is just a touch to small, fitment in corner is a little tight, I am sure if I would have called them they would have made it correct... But I was happy... It was about -30 when I put them on so thought that it would loosen up a bit.... Nope still alittle short in the corner..
Recomended product
I have a set of the marathon seat covers in the front of my crew cab as well as on the center console cover. They have been outstanding so far. The fit was perfect and the material has been great so far with no fade or abrasion. I have been completely satisfied so far and would recommend the product to anyone who asks.
