Need Help

Hello To every1..I have been working on the suspension of my 88 f-150..have not started it for about a month..tried starting this am..would crank but would not start..sparyed tbi cleaner and it started..but keeps on running rich..checked fuel pressure, checks ok. checked spark, checked ok.. checked injector pulse..light is really dimm, but dose not blink when it is running im not sure if this normal.. 1 thing that I noticed is that with koeo fuel pump staying running all that time. there is continuous fuel flowing at fuel rail.. I apreciate any help ThanKs...

Fuel pump running all the time is not a good sign. Unplug the big multi-pin plug from the ECM (computer). If the pump then stops running the computer is probably bad.

thanks. Well this model has a low pressure and high pressure pump...the ft tank has been eliminated.. as soon as I switch the switch from rear to ft. pump on fuel tank shuts off.. but the one on the fuel rail keeps running..
