The one on the top left (#1) is one of four pieces that screw in around the steering column and pedals on the toe board below the firewall to "seal" the cab.
EDIT: #8 could be part of that same cover, but it doesn't look right to me. I don't think it is.
The one on the bottom left reminds me of a peice that came on my '41 where the floor shifter boot would be. A previous owner had removed all but the metal in the cab so I don't know if there was orgionaly a boot attached but that's about what it looks like. Good luck with the other items!
