My codes will not clear out
Hi there, this is my first post here. I drive 02' crew cab 4x4 powerstroke. The only mods that I've done are exhaust, 1st air intake, banks six gun tuner. For about a year now, I have been unable to clear the codes on the computer. I use to be able to. A couple of weeks ago at 354,961 miles, 
(love my powerstroke)my tranny went out. I had it rebuilt and got it back last week. It started out fine, but after about 50 miles of driving the od lite started blinking with it shifted into od. I took it back, and of course it starts shifting better. The mechanic said that he isn't able to see a load on his scanner, he also can't clear the codes (shift 3-4 error) and usually he is able to read about 10 different things and mine is showing speed, rpm, map. Has any had an issue like this? I would greatly appreciate the help.
