I'm using the one that Sky Manufacturing sent its 2 1/2" drop about the same as factory just its straight. I cant really go with any less since it will hit the cross member. In the pic I dont have the pitman arm tightened the whole way. it will probably go up another 1/2''. They didn't cut me a drag link yet so I can return this stuff if it doesnt work out.

OK, My skyjacker 4" springs are only 6 leaves. They measure 2.5" thick total. I bet going that route would gain you a full two inches of extra space from what you have now. 1" less springs and 1" more lift.

I hope I gain that much and I should I think. I actually just ordered them from the local 4wd shop a few minutes ago so they will be here tomorrow afternoon. The arm is part of the kit Sky mnufacturing sells. It must weigh 15lbs itself the box weighed 18 with it and the pitman arm. The pitman arm feels like nothing compared to it.

Thanks. I'm trying to do this the right way. I'm interested to see what the drag link is like. They told me its 2" in diameter...seems a little overkill but should be good. I'll post pics at the end of this adventure.

I did actually and they were my 2nd choice. The only reason 2 reasons I didn't buy were they are in BC and shipping would be more. They were also like $60 more to begin with. Not that it really matters but the NWF drag link is 1.25" and Sky's is supposed to be 2". I'm sure they are both equally as good I just decided to try the Sky's kit. He has been good with this whole deal letting me test fit before officially owning something that doesn't work for me.

Well I put the springs in last night and much to my surprise it lifted the front another 2" over what it was. It looks silly now with the back looking saggy. We raised the back 2" the last time now it looks like we need another 2" to make it right. Its a little higher than I wanted but oh well it looks good. I'll post some pics.
