31" tires and wheels - CHEAP - in East PA

The first 2 white wagon wheels that are on the front of the truck are 16" rims I believe. The rest of the wheels are 16.5". There is one brand new tire, not mounted. I will take $75 per rim/tire for the better ones and $50 for the lesser tread ones..
All the tires are approximately 31".
Will ship on buyers dime.

I'll take $60 per better tread tire/rim. And $40 per lesser! Make an offer. Use these tires before I am forced to junk 'em!
