1994 e250 v-8
my truck has developed a miss while driving,it is if the motor just stops for a a few seconds. never does this as you start off only as you are driving,and not all the time..its like a chug at 50 mph. and sometimes when you stop at a red light it dies,it dosent idle rough it just stops like you turned off a switch. i changed plugs ,wires,cap,rotor..could it be the egr valve? thanks Ken

Need to rule out fuel delivery side, (fuel pump, fuel pressure, fuel pressure regulator)
My motorhome did something similar but only at speed, It was the ECM shutting off intermittanly. I had to send it off to get it rebuilt as I couldnt find one locally.

Thanks guys ,I have been at this awhile..I changed the computer,that a friend got for a wreck..and problem stopped for awhile,now its back,so i put old computer back in..nothing changed...I will start at fuel system..Thanks again..Ken
