Front bumper build with pics

Just got done with my front bumper, ranch hand style. I liked this because it doesnt stick out a mile and has good clearance

Side, Bender couldnt do bends that close together so had to cut and weld

Sizing it up

Before powder coat

Final pruduct

Im still gonna put a light bar in the middle where the grill is and mount KC's, Ill add pics when thats done in a few days

What do you think?

I think it looks real good. I want to build one too, just don't have the time and money right now. You did a great job, only thing is I want more bars in the middle to protect the grill against deer. Happens a lot around here.

X2. I like it a lot. I need one to protect against taxi cabs (oh, and deer). I munched one last January. Tore the whole rear up on the cab. Tweaked my stock bumper a little and it cost me a bottle of fine tequila to fix it. I want something tougher like what you have!

Nice job. Looks like it should be stout enough.

Hard to say, had a lot of scrap laying around, my guess is $250 to $300 but a load of time .

I didnt put bars in the middle cuz I hate the cluttered look but Ill have 2 8" KC's occupying that soon

Any chance you have a set of blueprints for your bumper?

I like IT!!!!! If you do make the blueprints, I would love to get a set if you do it...I like how you didn't put the additional bars in the middle, but I do understand the deer issue here in GA
