Project: Big Six
My grandfather bought this off the lot in 1980.
Base model 1980 Ford F100 Custom 2wd
300 4.9L Straight Six
3 on the tree
Anyway it's been sitting in the foundry for about 6 years collecting dust. They had a cave in this past winter and needed the space back. Me and a friend dug it out today and started assessing. Rear wheels were both seized and the winch had a hard time getting it up on the trailer.
I'll try to snap some more pics but this is the only one I got. A little side project that my dad agreed to help me out on. The truck is in very good condition and has about 60,000k on it. I hope it's not to far gone after sitting so long, at least the engine isn't seized. Battery is on charge.

anyone has any suggestions of getting the engine to turn over? I was going to do the following:
Empty old gas
Change oil
Flush coolant
add a few drops of oil to the cylinders.
Anyone have a good spot to order parts? Clutch kit, brakes, etc.

Body is mint. I may take a wire wheel to the bottom side of it. Losts of surface rust, was sitting in high grass but was in dry unheated but insulated storage for the past 6 years. Like I said thOugh, first is to get it road worthy.
