Windshield Wiper "Parking" issue
I'm currently wokring on my sisters 2002 crown vic, the wipers work in all speeds/ranges but when you turn them off the motor spins backwords half a revolution and stops with the wipers in the up postion. if you put them on delay, they park in the down postion while in the delay mode(or whatever you want to call it), its only when you shut off the wipers all together that they park vertically. could it be in the timer relay, or just the selector switch on the column. any help is appreciated.
