A few months ago I installed l&l headers on my 97,f250 with a 460 with 5speed and 3.55 gears. They were not too bad to install. I did a single 3 inch with a magna flow muffler. I bumped the time to 12 degrees And deleted the air pump. I noticed a big increase in power right away. It's pulls itself and a load way better than before. The best part of the headers was the increase of mpgs. Best I ever had was 14 unload and like 9 pulling before the headers. After headers best without a load was 16 and loaded was like 10 to 13. I haven't seen single digits since before the install. it was well worth the money for headers

 

Damn thanks for the updates. I want efi and a 5 or 6spd on my 460 so badly.
